I use this telescope strictly for visual use. It features crisp views and accurate pointing and is easy to set-up and operate.  Most of the time, I use this scope with a set of Denkmeier binoviewers and a pair of  16mm Televue Nagler eyepieces.

This instrument features multiple corrective lens elements to achieve a large, flat image field with very little distortion.

A Meade Lx-200 gps mount serves as a permanent observatory platform. I modified the mount and telescope to accommodate the Astrotech R-C OTA. It is mounted on a Meade Superwedge which is bolted to a custom made pier top adapter.
